About Sydney

I grew up in rural Montana, where sometimes individuals had to drive 3+ hours for health care needs. Therefore, I know how crucial telehealth is for convenient nutrition counseling. I have 9.5 years of clinical dietetics practice including experience in liver disease, renal disease, diabetes, critical care, oncology, nutrition support (enteral and parental feeds), geriatrics, gastrointestinal disease, and cardiac disease. Mostly recently, I have had exposure to mental health nutrition.

Approach to care

I approach all care from a personalized lens. Nutrition is not "one size fits all." Food should be enjoyable, so I'll provide evidence-based approaches and we'll adjust those approaches and recommendations based on your lifestyle to help you best meet your goals.

Your first session with Sydney

Our first session together will be all about YOU! I will conduct a thorough nutrition assessment, getting detailed nutrition and lifestyle history. We'll discuss current and prior habits and work together, as a team, to build a strong working relationship focusing on goals and an action plan for next steps.
