Your first session with Sydney
This initial 60-minute session will help us establish a solid foundation to build upon. It's about getting to know YOU. During this session, we'll dive into your health history, current health priorities, and a typical day in your life. We'll identify what's currently working well and explore areas where you'd like to see change. This comprehensive overview will help us create a personalized plan that supports your unique health journey. Based on our discussion, we'll develop a goal together and we'll set a time for your next session to ensure we continue making progress.
