About Sydney
Iâm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who helps women lose weight, build strength, and feel confident in their nutrition without extremes, restriction, or burnout. I specialize in supporting women through key life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, times when metabolism, hormones, and energy needs are shifting and generic nutrition advice often falls short. My work blends evidence-based nutrition and sustainable behavior change to help clients lose fat, build muscle, improve their relationship with food, and feel energized long term. While much of my work focuses on womenâs health, I enjoy working with anyone who wants a practical, personalized approach rooted in science rather than trends. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved strength, better energy, or rebuilding trust with food, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. Your health routine should lower your stress levels, not elevate them! My care philosophy is grounded in collaboration, education, and sustainability. I donât just hand out rigid meal plans or promote extreme approaches. Instead, I help you understand why your body responds the way it does and how to fuel it in a way that aligns with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I place a strong emphasis on adequate fueling, strength-supportive nutrition, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic health, especially for women navigating busy schedules and changing seasons of life. My goal is to create realistic habits that evolve as your body and goals evolve, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment where progress is measured by more than the scale.
Your first session with Sydney
Your first session is focused on getting a clear picture of you, not just numbers or food logs. Weâll talk through your goals, health history, current eating patterns, exercise routine, lifestyle demands, and any challenges youâve experienced with nutrition or consistency in the past. Together, weâll identify whatâs been missing and what may work better for your body right now. By the end of the session, youâll have a clear understanding of your nutrition priorities, personalized recommendations you can begin using immediately, and a realistic plan tailored to your goals...whether thatâs fat loss, strength, energy, or a combination of all three. Youâll leave feeling informed, supported, and confident rather than overwhelmed.
