About Tabitha
Hi, I’m Tabitha, a Registered Dietitian practicing in Tennessee. I hold an MS in nutrition and dietetics and bring a year of clinical and hospital experience, including time in a children's hospital and long term care. Outside of work, I’m active in church, I enjoy going to the gym, and I love cheering on my kids at their sports events. I’m passionate about helping people build healthier habits that fit real life, one step at a time.
Approach to care
As a clinician, I rely on evidence based practice and a holistic, educational approach. My hope is to support you with empathy and clear, actionable steps. We’ll explore your relationship with food, consider your whole life, and design strategies that fit your values and daily routines. I aim for sustainable change with a weight neutral perspective that prioritizes long term health and well being over quick fixes. I practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) mindset, focusing on skills and habits that feel doable in real life.
Your first session with Tabitha
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation about you. We'll review your medical history and lab results, establish short term goals, and go over a practical meal plan tailored to your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet; I’ll listen, ask questions, and explain how we translate findings into doable steps. Together, we'll set a couple realistic goals and outline what support looks like in the coming weeks.
