About Talli
Hey there! I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. I have extensive experience in clinical nutrition such as hypertension, obesity, type 2 diabetes and more. Although I have experience in these areas, my “bread and butter” is helping patients reach fitness goals. I have coached many patients to achieve their desired body composition by building muscle and losing fat. I also ensure my patients are lifting weights effectively and following a well designed exercise schedule, optimizing their diet and enhancing their knowledge of eating towards their goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, pack on the muscle or reverse your pre diabetes/hypertension, I am your girl!
Approach to care
My approach to care is individualized, realistic, sustainable and fun! A health journey should fit into your life and be a pleasurable process. I am a firm believer in the compound effect, small changes over time yield big results! In my book, all foods fit! I ensure my clients understand how to prioritize their health while still enjoying their favorite foods without guilt. Life shouldn't stop because you have health goals - let's work together to find a way to fit health into your work, travel and social schedule.
Your first session with Talli
The first session with me is very relaxed and organic. I want to know all about you and your health goals, successes and barriers. I will gather information on your current health and lifestyle and we will begin setting small achievable goals together.

Education
Talli has her bachelors of science in foods and nutrition from San Diego State University where she was a teaching assistant for an anatomy lab, wrote blogs for the nutrition organization and did research under graduate professors. Talli then completed a clinical dietetic internship with Texas Health where she gained experience in a variety of settings including pediatrics, outpatient counseling, labor and delivery, ICU and more. Talli also has her NASM personal training certification and completed extra specialized training in nutrition coaching.
Hobbies
When Talli isn't working she is lifting weights, going on long runs, cuddling with her puppy Baz, going to rock concerts or reading a good book on her kindle.
