āTaly is really amazing. She listens to my concerns and offers helpful feedback that works with my schedule. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help to better their eating habits and simply feel better. ā

āI had my first session with Taly tonight and she instantly made me feel welcomed and ZERO judgement. I cant wait to continue to work with her and see the growth within myself with her support down this vulnerable road. ā

About Taly
Hello, and welcome ā Iām really glad youāre here. Iām a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist with a clinical background in eating disorder treatment, outpatient medical nutrition therapy, and community-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and completed my dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. My work is rooted in education as empowerment. I help clients understand how nutrition connects to mood, metabolism, hormones, and daily life so changes feel informed rather than forced. I often work with individuals navigating diabetes, metabolic concerns, PCOS, menstrual cycle changes, and mood-related challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PMDD. Creating a space where clients feel respected, heard, and supported matters deeply to me. Outside of work, I love animals, making art, dancing, great coffee, and doing my best to keep my plants alive.
Approach to care
My approach to health and nutrition is all about sustainabilityāno restrictive diets or quick fixes here! I provide evidence-based care that respects your individuality and considers all aspects of your well-being. Together, weāll create a plan that fosters lasting change, strengthens your relationship with food, and shifts the way you view health. Success isnāt just about numbersāitās about how you feel. Most importantly, Iāll make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate your unique health journey with confidence.
Your first session with Taly
During our first session, weāll dive into your medical and nutrition history, your goals, and what truly motivates you. I love reviewing any recent lab results you have on handāthese help us craft both short- and long-term goals tailored to your needs. This session is all about understanding your starting point so we can build a plan that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and aligned with your lifestyle. Plus, weāll start building a great working relationship so that future sessions feel like a mix of guidance, support, and maybe even a little fun!
