About Taly

I’m a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and a dietetic internship at Loyola University. I’ve worked in residential treatment for eating disorders and as the sole dietitian in a fast-paced clinic, supporting individuals of all ages through a variety of medical conditions, from chronic diseases to specialized nutrition needs. Beyond nutrition, I love all things furry, painting, refurbishing furniture, and making jewelry. I also enjoy dancing, crafting the perfect cup of coffee, and trying my best to keep my plants alive—with mixed success.

Approach to care

My approach to health and nutrition is all about sustainability—no restrictive diets or quick fixes here! I provide evidence-based care that respects your individuality and considers all aspects of your well-being. Together, we’ll create a plan that fosters lasting change, strengthens your relationship with food, and shifts the way you view health. Success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about how you feel. Most importantly, I’ll make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate your unique health journey with confidence.

Your first session with Taly

During our first session, we’ll dive into your medical and nutrition history, your goals, and what truly motivates you. I love reviewing any recent lab results you have on hand—these help us craft both short- and long-term goals tailored to your needs. This session is all about understanding your starting point so we can build a plan that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and aligned with your lifestyle. Plus, we’ll start building a great working relationship so that future sessions feel like a mix of guidance, support, and maybe even a little fun!
