Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a holistic perspective on health. I believe that every individualâs journey is unique, and I strive to create personalized strategies that align with each clientâs lifestyle, preferences, and goals. By focusing on mindful eating, regular movement, and mental well-being, I help clients build sustainable habits that promote long-term health. Together, we work to not only address current challenges but also empower clients to feel confident and in control of their overall wellness.
Your first session with Tameria
Your first session with me is all about getting to know you! Weâll take the time to discuss your health history, current habits, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. Iâll ask questions to understand your unique lifestyle, preferences, and relationship with food so that we can create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. This session is a judgment-free zone where you can share openly and feel supported. Together, weâll set realistic and achievable goals and outline the first steps toward building sustainable habits. By the end of our session, youâll leave with clarity, a sense of direction, and actionable steps to move forward on your health journey.
