I am a passionate Registered Dietitian with over 31 years of experience, bringing together deep clinical expertise and lived experience to support the clients I serve. My interest in health began in high school, when I noticed how profoundly movement and nutrition influenced how I felt day to day. However, it was my grandfatherâs stroke that truly shaped my professional missionâit revealed the powerful role nutrition plays in prevention, recovery, and long-term health. Living with Hashimotoâs disease myself, I understand firsthand how stress, environment, and daily habits can significantly impact well-being. This personal experience strengthens my commitment to helping others navigate their health challenges with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance.
