About Tammy
Hi, I’m Tammy, a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with 30 years of experience. I earned my BS in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and have worked across clinical hospital settings, private practice, corporate wellness, research/academia, and community health. When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me staying active with Pilates, biking, hiking, and pickleball, or relaxing with a good book, Broadway shows, the beach, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

I believe care should be evidence-based and compassionate. We’ll work together in a direct and action-oriented way to build sustainable habits that fit your life. I view health through a holistic lens, honoring mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and I practice a Health At Every Size approach that centers you and your lived experience rather than dieting culture. My goal is to educate and empower you with clear strategies so you can make informed choices and feel confident about your path, now and long term.
Your first session with Tammy
Our first session is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, lab work or biometrics, and explore your relationship with food. Together we’ll establish short-term goals and outline a practical plan that fits your schedule and preferences. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet; just show up as you are. The space is warm and judgment-free, and we’ll discuss what matters most so we can set 1–2 achievable steps for our next visit.

I love staying active and energized through Pilates, biking, hiking, and pickleball. When I’m not moving, you’ll find me reading a good book, enjoying Broadway shows, relaxing at the beach, or experimenting juicing in the kitchen.
