Approach to care
In practice, she focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build trust in their relationship with food, and pursue well-being on their own terms. Rather than centering on weight as a measure of health, she supports sustainable, meaningful changes that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She utilizes principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether youâre recovering from chronic dieting, disordered eating, or just looking to feel more at home in your body, she is here to work with you through a lens of curiosity and compassion. This work is about so much more than foodâitâs about creating freedom, building connection, and finding yourself. Letâs redefine what health means for you.
