About Tanna
I’m a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in clinical, corporate, and private practice settings. I've specialized in kidney disease and have extensive experience helping people manage celiac disease through practical, realistic nutrition education. I also provide weight management care for both adults and children, using evidence-based strategies that focus on long-term health, balance, and sustainability.
Approach to care
I provide warm, supportive, wellness-focused nutrition care for individuals at every stage of health. With a strong background in weight management, kidney disease, and celiac disease, I believe in meeting clients where they are. With over 15 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I integrate mindfulness and stress-aware strategies to support sustainable habits and whole-body health.
Your first session with Tanna
During your first session, we will complete a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and nutrition-related goals. The visit focuses on understanding your daily routines, medical needs, and priorities in order to develop realistic, individualized next steps. My approach is evidence-based, wellness-focused, and nonjudgmental, ensuring you leave with clear guidance and a practical plan you can put in place today to improve on tomorrow.
