About Tanvi

Hi, I’m Tanvi Dalal, a Registered Dietician with 10+ years of experience working with a variety of individuals, from those suffering from chronic medical conditions to professional athletes to everyday people who want to live a healthier life. By focusing on personalization, behavioral eating, and sustainability – I build programs that work for my clients’ lifestyles, not the other way around. Previously, I spent 3+ years working with the nutrition departments at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in NJ. I have an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences with Honors from Rutgers University.

Your first session with Tanvi

In our first session, I will assess your medical history, current diet, eating habits and food preferences. Based on this, you and I will determine your nutrition goals and lay the foundation to a healthier lifestyle. We will create a highly personalized and sustainable meal plan that includes your favorite foods! No fads, gimmicks or pills. I will hold you accountable to the plan through routine check-ins to track progress and reassess your goals. The journey to a healthier lifestyle has just begun, and I will be with your every step of the way.
