About Tanya
I grew up in a very small rural town where 4H, community and staying active through sports were a big part of everyday life. Those early experiences shaped my appreciation for hard work, balance and the role of nutrition plays in supporting both physical performance and overall, wellbeing. Later as a military spouse, I had the opportunity to live in Germany and travel throughout Europe. I developed a deeper understanding of cultural food traditions, adaptability and challenges with frequent transitions. All these experiences strengthened my passion to help others with realistic nutritional habits through every season of life.

Learning about what is most important to you including what has and has not worked in your past. Judgement free. The focus is on how I can help- understanding your health history, your lifestyle, goals, lab work if you have it, activity level, sleeping patterns, stress levels. Realistic recommendations and basic nutritional knowledge will be part of your first sessions.
