About Tanya
Hello, I'm Tanya, a passionate advocate for health and nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being through personalized and evidence-based nutrition strategies. With a solid foundation in dietetics, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, helping clients navigate the intricacies of nutrition for better health. My commitment extends beyond general nutrition as I specialize in diabetes care and education, providing comprehensive support to individuals managing diabetes.
Approach to care
There is no βone size that fits allβ when it comes to our health and nutrition. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of individualized care, recognizing that each person has unique dietary needs, preferences, and challenges. I believe in a client-centered approach that takes into account not only nutritional science but also the practical aspects of daily life. Together, we'll explore your goals, preferences, and any potential barriers to create a customized and realistic plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you on your path to wellness, offering support, encouragement, and expertise every step of the way.
Your first session with Tanya
During your first initial session with me as your dietitian, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we'll focus on understanding your unique needs and goals. We'll begin by discussing your health history, dietary preferences, lifestyle, and any specific concerns or challenges you may be facing.
