About Tanya
Hello! I believe nutrition care works best when it feels practical, supportive, and tailored to real life. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build habits that feel achievable, sustainable, and empowering. Iâve been a dietitian since 2017, with experience supporting patients in both clinical and community settings, including disease management and family-focused nutrition. My work has taught me how to translate nutrition guidance into real-world steps that fit everyday life.

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. Weâll discuss your health history, nutrition concerns, lifestyle, and goals, and identify what feels most important to address right now. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation, clear education, and a few realistic next steps you can start immediately. By the end of the session, youâll feel informed, supported, and confident about the path forward.
Education
Masterâs degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an emphasis in nutrition, dietetics, and food science. Bachelorâs degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in athletic training and physical therapy.
Hobbies
Walking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Cooking and trying new recipes. Spending time with family and friends. Traveling and exploring new places. Spending time with my rescue pup. Staying up to date on nutrition research.
