Specializing in areas such as pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding/chestfeeding, infant feeding, introducing solids, allergy prevention, and managing picky eating, she demystifies the nuances of normal baby and child behavior, and what is not, particularly when it comes to food. She is here to serve as a committed member of the village it takes to raise your little one and assist you every step of the way.
Approach to care
Tara’s goal is to empower you to trust and nourish your body. She believes you know your body, your baby, your child, better than anyone. She is here to be your guide, advocate, compassionate nutrition professional, and arm you with evidence-based information so you feel confident to make sustainable, long-term decisions that are right for you and your family.

During your initial session, Tara will take her time getting to know you and journey that lead you to this point. You can expect to be heard from a judgement-free perspective. Tara will invite you to share your wants and needs and how she can best support you and your family.
