About Tara
Hello there- I’m Tara! I’m a Registered Dietitian and yoga instructor based in southern California with a passion for helping busy professionals, moms, dads and retirees alike reconnect with their health through realistic, whole-person wellness. For more than a decade, I’ve provided functional, lifestyle-centered coaching, supporting clients with metabolic health, stress resilience, gut health, and sustainable habit change. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, motivational coaching, and mindful self-care practices. I believe nourishment goes beyond food — it’s how we care for our bodies, manage energy, and build a lifestyle that supports long-term health. Whether you’re looking to improve labs, not survive but THRIVE through perimenopause, feel stronger and more energized, or rebuild healthy routines, I meet you where you are and create a plan that fits your real life.
Approach to care
My approach to care is collaborative and kind- because even positive change can be hard! We will work together to find meaningful, sustainable ways to boost your everyday health. We will explore and incorporate foods and activities you love. We will draft a life that you want to live in and share with others.
Your first session with Tara
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. Although we’ll dive into your concerns, goals, and current medical history, we’ll also tap into your strengths and past successes. I promise you, if you’ve made it this far, you have much to be proud of and are more capable than you think! Together we’ll start mapping out a plan and you’ll have do-able next steps to keep you moving forward with confidence.
