About Tara
Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health goals through personalized, practical nutrition. I'm passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their nutrition and wellness goals, whether that means managing a chronic condition, building a healthier relationship with food, or simply feeling their best day to day.
Approach to care
My approach is grounded in realistic, sustainable change. I work collaboratively with each person to set attainable goals and create simple strategies that fit their lifestyle. I believe that long-term success comes from consistency, not perfection, and I strive to provide warm, supportive, evidenced-based guidance that empowers clients to build habits that will last.
Your first session with Tara
Our first session will be all about you. We'll discuss your goals, what you're hoping to get out of working together, and what matters most to you right now. I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout your health journey, so we'll take our time talking through your priorities and long-term vision. From there, we'll work together to set short-term goals and create a personalized plan to help you achieve them.
