About Tara
I am a Registered Dietitian of 20 years that focuses on overall wellness, body image, mental well-being, gut health and metabolism for long term health. I received my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Masters of Science degrees from Central Michigan University. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient dietetics as well as authored the Love Body Self-Care Method book. I help clients with behavioral modification, self-awareness and interrupting patterns that oppose self-care. I discuss nutrition, movement and mindset to help clients reach their goals.
Approach to care
I use a comprehensive approach that targets foundational habits, holistic self-care, healthy body image, metabolism and mental health supporting nutrients, blood sugar balance, and gut health.
