About Tasha

Hello and Welcome! Suffering with chronic health issues since infancy, I know all too well what it’s like to suffer with brain fog, fatigue, inflammation, gut issues, depression, joint pain… or in other words, INFLAMMATION! I know what it’s like to not feel well. Food, nutrition, and modifying my lifestyle has transformed my health and really… my life. That’s why I do what I do! So I can help others uplevel their health and even end needless suffering. I’ve been married to my best friend for 3 years and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world 8 months ago💙. We have a golden retriever, Millie and a chocolate merle pom, Aspen. I love the outdoors, the mountains, traveling, reading, cooking and teaching others how to cook, being an entrepreneur, spending time with my family, shopping and music!

Approach to care

I aim to listen and understand You and your experiences, as we are all different. I look at each person through the lens of health rather than disease and diagnoses. I believe in empowering people to be proactive in their health and healing journey by getting to the root cause of dysfunction and inflammation in the body. Stress, trauma, environmental exposures, food, lack of movement, etc. play a role in our chronic symptoms and health conditions. It's my aim to help you put the pieces together.

Your first session with Tasha

In our first session, we'll spend 55 - 60 minutes together where I will get to understand and know your unique story. Health starts from the beginning of our life and many things can affect our health positively or negatively. I want to understand your goals and how you hope I can guide you and hold you accountable to optimizing your health. What do YOU need to be successful to living an enjoyable and sustainable life.
