I'm a passionate Registered Dietitian with a deep - rooted belief in the power of food. With experience in women's health, weight management, combat sports nutrition, chronic disease management including - pre-diabetes, diabetes, fatty liver disease, kidney disease, and high cholesterol - I provide personalized, evidence-based guidance to help clients achieve their goals. I don't believe in a one-size- fits-all approach. You know your body best, and my role is to help you tune into its needs while providing the support and strategies to create lasting outcomes.
