About Tavierney
Tavierney is a dietitian with over a decade of experience, spanning sports nutrition at the collegiate and professional levels, leading a nutrition department in a downtown Chicago wellness facility, and growing her private practice from a side hustle to a full-time career. Her work focuses on helping individuals with disordered eating, diagnosed eating disorders, and those seeking a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Having personally experienced an eating disorder for 10 years and now thriving in over 12 years of recovery, Tavierney offers deep empathy and insight. She’s passionate about guiding others toward healing, helping them build confidence and lasting freedom in their relationship with food and body. She also helps people manage additional conditions and diagnoses including high blood sugar, high cholesterol, prediabetes, diabetes, and gestational diabetes, MCAS, autoimmune and GI issues.
