About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor. For years I chased diet trends and often felt frustrated and disconnected from my body. Everything changed when I discovered weightlifting. Food became fuel, not something to fear. Tracking my macros was my first real lesson in how food supports energy, strength, and recovery. That experience sparked my passion for nutrition and led me to become a dietitian. Through my education and personal experience I learned that health is not about perfection or strict rules. Life brings new seasons and challenges and our relationship with food grows along the way. I help clients navigate their own journeys with practical strategies and compassion. My goal is to support you in building a positive, sustainable relationship with food and to help you feel confident and empowered around what you eat.
Approach to care
I ground my care in evidence-based science, empathy, and practical action. I’ll meet you where you are and translate research into real steps you can apply to your life. My approach focusing on behaviors and wellbeing rather than numbers on a scale. We’ll set clear goals, track progress, and adjust as life changes. I aim to educate and empower you so you can make informed choices with confidence. Together, we’ll build sustainable habits that honor your whole self.
Your first session with Taylor
Our first session is a conversation about you. We’ll explore your relationship with food, your history, what’s been hard, and what you hope to change. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll take it step by step. We’ll establish short-term goals and do a deep dive into how food fits into your life. You’ll leave with a practical plan and a sense of partnership, knowing we’ll work together to create lasting, doable changes.
