About Taylor

Taylor is a non-diet and weight-neutral Registered Dietitian. She has experience in an eating disorder recovery setting, one-on-one and family nutrition counseling, and a history of personal training. She is passionate about helping clients find confidence in their food choices and lifestyle habits while making peace with food.

Approach to care

Taylor believes everyone should have a good relationship with food free of food rules where they can choose what that they truly enjoy! Taylor practices with the framework of Intuitive Eating to help clients improve their relationship with food, make informed choices that are nourishing and enjoyable, and build sustainable habits to reach their long-term goals.

Your first session with Taylor

In this session, we will discuss your nutrition history including current intake, dieting history, and relationship with food.
