About Taylor

I'm a Registered Dietitian who believes in a non-diet, weight-neutral approach to health. My experience includes supporting individuals through eating disorder recovery, working closely with clients and families in nutrition counseling, and a background in personal training. What truly drives me is helping people feel at ease with food, build trust in their choices, and create lasting habits that support both their well-being and joy.

Approach to care

I help you build a healthy relationship with food that is free from restrictive rules and full of flexibility and trust. I don’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” Instead, I support you in finding freedom with food and enjoying all types of eating experiences without guilt. I use the principles of intuitive eating to guide our work, helping you tune into your body’s natural signals, while also making informed choices that are both nourishing and enjoyable. My focus is to help you build sustainable habits that support your long-term health, energy, and confidence.

Your first session with Taylor

In your first appointment, we will discuss your past experiences, where you are at now and where you want to be. We'll explore your goals, discuss any current challenges, and take time to understand your health, lifestyle, and nutrition history. This helps create a fuller picture of where you're coming from and what matters most to you. My goal is help you feel comfortable and free from judgment in a space where you can feel heard and supported.
