About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor, a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience, proudly serving Baton Rouge and the surrounding area. I earned my foundation at Louisiana State University and Tulane State University, and much of my career has been shaped by work as a Research Dietitian. I bring an evidence-based approach to everyday life, translating science into practical nutrition that fits real schedules. Outside of work I’m a plant mama tending a little jungle, a tattoo-art fangirl dreaming about the next design, and a crafty soul who loves turning almost anything into an art project. At home I’m surrounded by a furry crew of my cat and dogs. That being said, I am an open book and I’m grateful for every chance to learn what makes you unique. I’m here to support you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is built on collaboration, compassion, and curiosity. As a Registered Dietitian, I ground every plan in current science while honoring your lived experience. I believe in health at every size and a weight-neutral, behavior-focused approach that avoids judgment or dieting culture. We’ll work together to build sustainable habits rather than quick fixes, with clear actions and practical steps that fit your life. I aim to educate and empower you so you can make informed choices long after our sessions end. Holistic care means considering sleep, stress, mood, and joy alongside food.
Your first session with Taylor
Think of our first meeting as a conversation, not an exam. We’ll review your medical history, explore your relationship with food, and talk through your routines and goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; I welcome your questions and curiosity. We’ll discuss your current foods and daily patterns and how we might mold your lifestyle to support meaningful change. By the end, we’ll set 1 or 2 small, realistic goals and outline practical steps to start your path toward lasting health.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a proud plant mama tending to my little jungle, a tattoo-art fangirl always dreaming of the next design, and a crafty soul who can turn just about anything into an art project. When I’m not cooking up something new in the kitchen, I’m probably hanging out with my furry crew—both cats and dogs—because I could never pick sides! Next, I could craft until sunrise and never know time went by :)
