About Taylor
My passion for nutrition stemmed from personal struggles with diet culture and a family history of breast cancer. I realized that taking control of your health is the foundation for thriving in all areas of life. As a Dietitian, I developed a passion for plant-based nutrition after learning 95% of Americans don’t get enough fiber. I help clients find practical ways to eat more plants and feel their best. For over five years, I’ve supported clients with challenges like weight loss, diabetes, IBS, and menopause symptoms. My mission is to simplify nutrition, break free from diet culture, and make eating enjoyable again. Everyone deserves to wake up feeling amazing!
Approach to care
Many of us know what it takes to live a healthy life, so why is it so hard to follow through? The most common barriers I’ve seen are misconceptions about nutrition, an unhealthy relationship with food, and difficulty building lasting habits. My goal is to help you uncover the root causes of these challenges and create sustainable solutions. I focus on empowering you with practical nutrition education, guiding you toward intuitive eating to rebuild trust in your body, and helping you develop habits that feel natural and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
Your first session with Taylor
In our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your history to understand where you are now and where you’d like to be. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, create a personalized plan, and identify small, actionable changes you can start making right away. Beyond nutrition, we’ll also explore ways to improve your exercise routine and mindset to support your overall well-being. At the end of each session, we’ll set three realistic action steps to help you nourish, move, and grow. These mini-goals are designed to make progress feel manageable and keep you moving steadily toward your ultimate vision for your health.
