About Taylor

Hey there! I’m Taylor—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. I’ve always believed that nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and that wellness is about so much more than just what’s on your plate. My background includes experience in both clinical and community nutrition, with a special focus on individualized counseling. I’m also a certified personal trainer, which allows me to take an integrative approach to health—blending movement, mindset, and nutrition to support the whole person. Outside of work, you can find me exploring new coffee shops, planning my next travel adventure, or moving my body in ways that feel good—whether that’s lifting weights, going for a walk, or flowing through a yoga class. I’m based in Omaha, Nebraska, and licensed in multiple states to provide virtual care. I’m so happy you’re here, and I’d be honored to support you on your wellness journey.

Approach to care

As a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to empower individuals to make sustainable, positive changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. I believe that every person’s nutrition needs are unique, which is why I take a holistic, intuitive, and non-restrictive approach to care. My philosophy considers not just the foods we eat, but also the many lifestyle factors—like stress, sleep, movement, and mindset—that influence our overall well-being. After all, everything is connected! Whether you’re hoping to improve your relationship with food, manage a chronic condition, or simply feel your best, I’m here to support you with compassionate, personalized care that fits your life—not the other way around.

Your first session with Taylor

In our first session together, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin laying the foundations. I’ll ask about your current routines, health history, goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food—not to judge, but to understand the full picture of you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and never rushed. We’ll talk through what brought you here, explore any challenges you’re facing, and start identifying realistic, personalized steps that align with your life and values. This session is all about building a connection and setting the tone for a collaborative journey ahead. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—come as you are!
