About Taylor
Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 2 years of experience, and I earned my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Olivet Nazarene University. I completed my dietetic internship at Baylor University. Most of my work has been in weight management, where I learned that lasting change comes from understanding your life, not from a single diet. Outside of work, I love running, thrifting, and DIY projects, which keep me curious and practical. I’m happy to meet you where you are and help you feel at home with food.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence with warmth. I stay curious about current research and translate it into clear, doable steps you can actually follow. We’ll work together in a holistic way, looking at food, sleep, stress, and activity as pieces of your wellbeing. I practice with a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size oriented lens and focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. You’ll find me educational, supportive, and always respectful of your pace and goals.
Your first session with Taylor
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll talk through your medical history, current routines, and your relationship with food in a non-judgmental space. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll establish short-term goals and a simple plan to get started. I’ll listen first, share observations, and invite your input so we design a path that fits your life. You’ll leave with a sense of direction and two or three practical steps to begin.
