About Taylor
After 10 years working as a Registered Dietitian, my path has taken me from the sidelines of the NWSL to private practice. My BS in nutrition and an MBA inform how I blend science, systems thinking, and practical problem solving. I’ve supported athletes in NWSL, FIFA, and power 5 university programs, and now bring that same attention to detail to everyday life. When I’m not counseling patients you’ll find me weight lifting, baking with my kids, traveling, or walking my dog.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition should be flexible, evidence-based, and performance-focused — without fad diets or overly restrictive rules. Evidence and empathy guide how I work with patients, combining current research with real-life practicality. We'll work together on creating sustainable habits and behaviors rather than quick fixes or diet culture. I always set clear, actionable steps with my clients, and I’ll teach you the skills to make long-term change.
Your first session with Taylor
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and get a sense of your routines, wins, and frustrations. We’ll identify short-term goals that feel achievable and meaningful, and outline practical next steps you can actually use. As a mom of two young kids I know that sometimes all we have time for is one small change at a time. You don’t need to have everything figured out - this is a judgment-free space where we’ll work together to build sustainable habits.
