About Taylor
Hi, I'm Taylor. I have been a registered dietitian for 8 years. My passion lies in helping individuals and families find customized and realistic approaches to nutrition goals and plans. I have worked extensively with pediatric patients, women's health issues, eating disorder patients, and more both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Approach to care
My approach is to customize a plan that involves a partnership between me & you. I utilize realistic and attainable goal setting as well as creating a safe environment for growth and change. I utilize medical nutrition therapy, counseling techniques, and open and honest conversation to create an environment conducive to growth.
Your first session with Taylor
We will get to know each other, find out more about your goals/needs, lay the ground work for a reliable partnership, and create concrete short and long term goals. The session will help me figure out where you are in your journey and we can figure out ways that I can support you.
