About Taylor
Hello! My name is Taylor, and I have been a Registered Dietitian for ten years. I earned my BS in Nutrition from Arizona State University and later completed my Masters in Health Education with a focus on eating disorders. Throughout my career, I've worked with various populations, including children and adults, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have a strong background in working with oncology patients. Outside of my professional life, I'm a wife, a busy mom to three young boys, and an aspiring cake decorator.
Approach to care
My passion is educating others with evidence-based information to make sustainable lifestyle changes- no quick fix, fad diets here! With a background in working with individuals of all ages, medical diagnoses, and nutritional concerns, I am confident that I can make a positive impact on your health and on your life.
Your first session with Taylor
In our first session, we'll have a relaxed conversation to get to know each other. I'll collect information about your goals and medical history, and together, we'll create a plan to help you achieve your nutrition goals and maintain lasting results.
