About Taylor

Hi, I am Taylor, a Registered Dietitian with three years of experience and dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Science and Nutrition. I have worked in clinical and hospital settings as well as private practice, which helps me tailor plans that fit real life. I am credentialed as an RDN and LD, and I bring an evidence-based approach to every conversation. Outside of work, I love yoga, pilates, finding new books, cooking, and baking. I am passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food and meet their goals with care and curiosity.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on partnership, science, and lasting change. I blend evidence-based nutrition guidance with empathetic, warm support so you feel heard and safe to explore your relationship with food. We will set actionable steps and regular check-ins so progress feels meaningful, not overwhelming. I practice with a weight-neutral Health At Every Size oriented lens, focusing on sustainable behaviors and overall well being rather than a number on the scale. Education and collaboration help you own your choices.

Your first session with Taylor

Think of our first session as a conversation designed to understand you and your goals. We'll review medical history, current eating patterns, and any challenges you face with food in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space. You do not need to have it all figured out yet; together we'll identify one or two short-term goals that feel doable and outline practical steps to start. By the end, you will leave with a clear starting plan and momentum for the next visit.
