About Taylor

Hi, I'm Taylor, a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience and a double B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise and in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech. My career spans Clinical and Hospital settings, Private Practice, Corporate Wellness, Research and Academia, Community Health, Sports Nutrition, and media dietitian work. I carry the post-nominals LDN, RDN and I bring a science-based, empathetic approach to care. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking, running, hiking, reading, tackling DIY projects, or traveling. I believe nutrition is about more than what’s on your plate; it’s the full picture of your life, and I love helping you connect the dots.

Approach to care

My care is grounded in evidence-based science, yet it is delivered with empathy and warmth. I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll build a collaborative plan with clear, actionable steps that fit your everyday life. I focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. My approach is holistic, honoring your mental and physical well-being, and I educate you so you can confidently make informed choices for lasting health.

Your first session with Taylor

Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you and your life as a whole. We’ll review your medical history, dive into your relationship with food, then establish long and short-term goals and plan what labs or biometrics to review together. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; just show up as you are. I’ll listen, share what we learn, and we’ll shape a starting holistic blueprint that feels doable, balanced, and sustainable for your life.
