About Taylor
Hi, I'm Taylor! I’m a pediatric and women’s health dietitian who believes nutrition is most powerful when it feels approachable and empowering. I love getting to know each family I work with, listening to your story, understanding your health journey, and bringing together the full picture of nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness. I support families through all stages of childhood, from first bites of solids to navigating picky eating, growth concerns, food allergies, GI issues, diabetes, tube feeding, and medical needs. I also work with women through every stage of life, including hormone balance, PCOS, fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, and overall wellness. Additionally, I provide guidance in general nutrition, including diabetes, cholesterol/heart health, and disease prevention. At the heart of my work is connection. I want you to feel seen, understood, and supported. Nutrition is personal, and my goal is to make it less overwhelming and more of a clear path forward with confidence.
Approach to care
My approach is holistic and evidence-based, blending the science of nutrition with the bigger picture of health and daily life. I don’t just look at what’s on the plate. I consider sleep, movement, stress, family dynamics, health history, lab results, environment, and more, because all of these pieces work together to shape well-being. Instead of prescribing a rigid plan, I work with families and women to create strategies that feel realistic, flexible, and sustainable. Small, consistent changes often make the biggest impact, and my goal is always to find solutions that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. For littles, this might mean turning mealtimes from a source of stress into an opportunity for growth and confidence. For women, it could mean supporting hormonal balance, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or simply finding more energy and ease in their daily lives. At every stage, my care is grounded in empowerment, helping you feel confident, capable, and supported.
Your first session with Taylor
Your first session is all about connection and gaining a comprehensive understanding of your health. We’ll spend time going beyond just food. We'll discuss lifestyle, medical history, routines, stressors, and goals so I can get to know you or your child in a meaningful, whole-body way. I want to hear your story and your concerns, no matter how big or small they feel. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on nutritionally and a set of realistic, personalized next steps. My goal is for you to walk away feeling less stressed, more supported, and hopeful about the path ahead!

Hobbies
Outside of work, I love cooking and baking (always experimenting in the kitchen), practicing hot yoga, and staying active through trail running, hiking, or snowboarding. I enjoy exploring local food spots and new restaurants, writing and creating nutrition content, and giving back through volunteering and community outreach. I’m also passionate about continuous learning and education. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time with friends, hanging out with my sister and boyfriend, or enjoying Sunday resets to recharge for the week ahead.
