About Taylor
Hi, Iâm Taylor! I'm a registered dietitian passionate about helping people live longer and feel better doing it. My focus is on increasing health-spanâthe years you spend living with mobility, independence, and good health. I began my career in long-term care, where I saw how profoundly chronic conditions can impact quality of life, and how many of them might have been preventable with earlier support. That experience sparked my passion for preventative care and shaped the foundation of how I practice today. Iâve always believed that the building blocks of wellness lie in the basics: how we eat, sleep, move, and care for ourselves.
Approach to care
I approach care like a collaborative partnershipâoffering both the clinical insight of a provider and the day-to-day support of a health coach. Through my practice, I blend personalized nutrition with a deep focus on joyful movement, stress management, sleep and circadian rhythms.
Your first session with Taylor
Our first session is a collaborative exploration of your health story. I like to get to know your eating patterns, lifestyle, level of support, current concerns, and deep dive into past medical history. We will talk about your preferences, motivation level, and health goalsâwhich will help shape your personalized nutrition and lifestyle roadmap.
