About Taylor
Hi! I’m Taylor, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you meet your goals, feel healthier and empower you to know more about your body and nutrition. My interest in nutrition began during trips to Uganda in high school, where I worked in malnutrition clinics and saw firsthand how nutrition can truly change and save lives. Since then, I’ve built my career in one of the top hospitals in Texas, supporting patients as they heal from the inside out through individualized nutrition care. I also have over three years of experience in nutrition counseling. I know that food is deeply personal, and I approach every client with compassion, evidence-based guidance, and realistic goal-setting. My goal is to empower you, support you, help hold you accountable and watch you make sustainable changes that align with your lifestyle long term. I can’t wait to work with you!
Approach to care
I believe nutrition counseling should be a partnership. I’m not here just to tell you what to do, I’m here to work with you. Everyone is uniquely different, and no single plan works for every person. Together, we’ll create a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle, honors your preferences, and feels truly achievable. I’ll help guide you in setting realistic, meaningful goals so you can build confidence and make lasting, sustainable progress. I also prioritize staying current with the latest research and trends in nutrition. Whether it’s emerging supplements, evolving exercise recommendations, or new insights on different dietary approaches, I make sure the guidance you receive is evidence-based, relevant, and up to date.
Your first session with Taylor
In our first session I want to get to know you to help figure out what approach will work best for you and your goals. I will ask about past medical history, sleep patters, exercise, typical food intake and of course we will talk about why you want to see a dietitian. In our follow ups is where we will really focus on creating a plan and goals.
