About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor. I’m a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, and I’ve spent the last two years supporting people in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, community health, and functional medicine. I love running, cooking, creating, and socializing, and I bring that curiosity and energy into my work. I’m especially passionate about gut health and helping you find practical, science-based solutions that fit your life. I’m grateful to walk beside you on your wellness journey.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is grounded in evidence, empathy, and collaboration. I stay current with research so our plan is sustainable and effective. We’ll work together with a root-cause mindset and a focus on practical, evidence-based steps that fit your life. Education is empowerment, so you understand your body and nutrition and can make confident decisions long term. I aim to honor your whole person and support lasting changes that respect your values and circumstances.
Your first session with Taylor
Our first appointment is a low pressure conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and dive into your relationship with food, while establishing short term goals and deciding what to focus on first. We’ll also review any lab work or biometrics you’ve had so we know where you stand. You don’t need to have everything figured out; we’ll map out a simple, doable plan and take it from there, together.
