Taylor takes an empathetic, patient centered approach to providing care. Her goal is to build trusting relationships through compassionate communication, so you feel empowered and supported to make decisions about your health. Working together, she will assess your needs and develop a personalized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals.
Your first session with Taylor
During our initial session together, we will get to know each other, discuss your dietary history, relationship with food, and any concerns or symptoms you may have. From there, I can provide education and we can work together to help you develop realistic, achievable, and sustainable goals. Regular follow ups are encouraged so you continue to feel supported. Let's explore what having a healthy relationship with food means together.
