About Taylor
Hello! My name is Taylor and I've been a Registered Dietitian since 2020. I have worked in outpatient care in both a private practice and gym setting, and I've worked with an array of clients of various ages and goals!
Approach to care
I take a very patient-centered approach to nutrition. I take everything in "baby steps", at a pace you feel comfortable with! I believe that long-term change starts with forming habits first, and finding a plan of action that works with your lifestyle. I take a balanced, informative approach when making dietary recommendations and I listen to how your body responds as we progress through sessions to make a plan tailored to you.
Your first session with Taylor
Your first session will be mainly a "get to know you" session! I'll ask a lot of questions regarding lifestyle, nutrition and diet history, goals, etc. We will then create short term and long term goals to guide out sessions!
