About Taylor
After earning a BS in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky, I spent 10 years working across clinical hospitals, community health programs, and private practice. As an RDN and LDN with NBC-HWC certification, I combine clinical knowledge with practical coaching so we can turn evidence into sustainable habits. Outside the office you'll find me kayaking, playing video games, or exploring trails with my corgi. I enjoy meeting people where they are and helping them build small, lasting changes.
Approach to care
I center our work on current research and your lived experience, blending evidence-based strategies with a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral perspective. We'll work together in a warm, nonjudgmental space to translate science into clear, actionable steps. My focus is on sustainable routines rather than quick fixes, educating and empowering you so changes stick, and addressing mental and physical factors that influence everyday choices.
Your first session with Taylor
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and look over any lab work or biometrics to understand your health context. We'll talk about routines, wins, and barriers, then set a couple of short-term, realistic goals to get started. You don't need to have all the answers beforehand. We'll collaborate on practical next steps that feel achievable and build toward long-term change.
