Approach to care
I listen to understand your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and medical history. From there, I identify likely root causesâoften more than oneâand guide you to understand whatâs happening in your body using analogies and visuals. Your first session with Teresa
In our first session, Iâll ask questions to understand your goals, what success looks like, your likes/dislikes, past efforts, and current lifestyle. Then, Iâll explain what lifestyle factors impact your health most and where to focus your efforts. Together, weâll set habit experimentsânot rigid goalsâdesigned to test what works for you. Think of it as running a pilot test for your health, adjusting based on your results. This isnât a work project; itâs about finding sustainable changes that fit your life and lead to the results you want.
