Our first session is all about you. During this 60-minute conversation, we’ll take the time to dive into your health story—your background, lifestyle, eating habits, and any specific concerns or goals you’re bringing to the table. Whether you're looking for support with metabolic health, hormone balance, nutrition for training, or simply feeling better in your body, this session helps us create a clear picture of where you are and where you'd like to go. We'll talk about what you're hoping to gain from working with a dietitian and identify what matters most to you in your health journey. My goal is to understand your unique needs and values so we can build a personalized plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your life. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with a better understanding of how we’ll work together moving forward—and a sense of clarity, direction, and support to begin making meaningful progress.
