Our first session is focused on getting to know each other. As well as your lifestyle, eating patterns, sleep, stress levels, and everything that shapes your day-to-day routine. I want to understand your goals, preferences, and relationship with food so we can create a plan that genuinely fits your life. Together, we’ll outline realistic steps that feel sustainable and build your confidence moving forward.
