Hi, I’m Tiana Wilson, Registered Dietitian. I am passionate about helping individuals feel confident and in control of their health through nutrition and wellness. My goal is to support sustainable lifestyle changes through evidence-based nutrition education and collaborative goal setting. With a background in adult education and experience as a former collegiate athlete, I strive to provide a unique perspective that supports clients in achieving long-term success.
