About Tianna
Hi! I’m Tianna, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health & Wellness coach with a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan. I’ve been practicing in the field of dietetics since 2019 and have spent the past four years working in corporate wellness, supporting individuals through personalized 1:1 nutrition coaching.

I work best with clients who are looking for realistic, sustainable changes—not quick fixes or restrictive plans. When we work together, we’ll create a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, focusing on progress through small, achievable steps. My philosophy centers on nourishing your body, improving your relationship with food, and building habits that support long-term health. I have experience supporting clients with heart health, weight management, and pre- and postnatal nutrition, and I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and empowered.
Your first session with Tianna
During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your medical history and lifestyle, and talk through your current nutrition. We’ll then collaborate to identify priorities and develop realistic goals that feel supportive and doable for you.
