About Tiffany
I came to nutrition as a second career after working in the business world. That experience shapes how I practice today. I value clarity, practicality, and solutions that work in real life. I work with individuals who feel stuck in their weight loss efforts, navigating medication changes, or trying to regain control after bariatric surgery. Many of my clients are looking for a clear plan after experiencing plateaus, regain, or confusion around what to eat. My role is to bring steady guidance and structure so the process feels manageable again. My role is to bring steady guidance and clear direction. I believe progress tends to come from consistent, intentional habits rather than extremes.
Approach to care
Nutrition should reflect your medical history, daily routine, and current goals. I take an individualized approach by reviewing your health background, medications, intake patterns, and weight trends to develop a plan that feels clear and manageable. The focus is steady progress through consistent nourishment and realistic adjustments rather than extremes or rigid rules. While I can support individuals navigating emotional eating within the context of weight management, I do not provide primary treatment for eating disorders. Those who require specialized eating disorder care are best supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and I collaborate with outside providers when appropriate.
Your first session with Tiffany
In your first session, we look at the full picture. We review your medical and surgical history, medications, labs when available, weight trends, and current eating patterns, along with hydration, activity, sleep, and stress. From there, we identify what may be influencing your progress and develop a clear, realistic plan. You will leave with personalized calorie and protein guidance if appropriate, hydration goals, a practical meal framework, and measurable next steps. At follow up visits, we review your response and make thoughtful adjustments to support steady, sustainable progress.
