About Tiffany
My philosophy is that all foods can fit! Rather than labeling foods as âgoodâ or âbad,â I believe everything has its place. Food is more than just fuelâit can also hold cultural significance, help us connect with others, and bring us joy. Itâs not something to fear or avoid, but something to embrace with balance. My goal is to help you discover the freedom and happiness that come from a positive relationship with food!
Approach to care
My approach is personalized and patient-centered, with nutrition guidance tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. I blend intuitive eating with accountability, offering structure and encouragement to help you feel calm, confident, and empowered. Together, weâll cut through nutrition misinformation and focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that work for you. Youâre in the driverâs seatâIâm here to guide and support your journey to a healthier you!
Your first session with Tiffany
Your first session will be a comprehensive assessment of your health goals and an overall "getting to know you." We may discuss what you've tried in the past, what has worked for you, what hasn't, and what you're overall goals are both in the short and long term. Getting to know you helps me create an individualized path for you. Time permitting, I will provide education on basic principles of nutrition to lay a neat foundation for moving forward. Typically, we will dive into the nitty-gritty on the first follow-up appointment.
