About Tiffany

Tiffany is a native San Diegan and dog parent of a wacky rescue mutt. In 2010, after briefly working as a chemist, she transitioned into the field of health coaching. After many years furthering her professional studies, Tiffany became a Registered Dietitian in 2015. She gained a wide variety of experience working for the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) from 2015 to 2022 in both the inpatient medical centers and several outpatient clinics. Working at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center and a residential center for mental health honed her skills for supporting complex adults as they learned how to fully embrace radical body acceptance and intuitive eating practices.

Approach to care

With kindness and compassion, Tiffany practices a non-diet approach to nutrition counseling and education by guiding clients towards improving their relationship with food and creating more sustainable lifestyle changes. She truly believes that "all foods fit" as food is one of the many ways we build those crucial connections to our communities that make a life worth living.

Your first session with Tiffany

In your first session, you can expect a warm and non-judgmental environment focused on understanding your individual nutritional needs and health-related goals. Together we'll outline the next steps, including when we'll meet again, and any recommendations to be completed before our next appointment. Our partnership is about empowering you to make informed choices about your eating habits. I'm here to listen, guide, and support you on your path to better wellbeing.
