Patient reviews

  • “Tiffany has been an outstanding coach and Dietitian. She asks all the right questions to get me to reflect and look at my behaviors, beliefs and primary motivators. She provides excellent resources for me to use to ensure I am making the right changes I can sustain in my life. The Intuitive Eating workbook has been a great tool to help me on my journey. Thank you Tiffany!“

  • “I have dealt with binge eating my whole life and it is very scary to deal with this problem that has circled my daily life for decades now. My first meeting with Tiffany has me inspired and excited about this journey for the first time ever. I only had one appointment but I can tell Tiffany is the real deal and with her guidance and my hard work, I am excited to change my relationship with food. “

About Tiffany

Tiffany is a San Diego-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over a decade of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling. She specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, and intuitive eating, helping adults cultivate a more peaceful, empowered relationship with food. With a professional background in chemistry and health coaching, Tiffany enhanced her clinical practice for nearly seven years at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her experience at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center at the PHP level, and a private residential mental healthcare center, deepened her trauma-informed, client-centered approach to care. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, feeling stuck in cycles of chronic dieting, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of nutrition science, Tiffany offers personalized virtual nutrition therapy rooted in dignity, body autonomy, and long-term healing.

Approach to care

With warmth and compassion, Tiffany offers trauma-informed, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling rooted in a non-diet philosophy. She supports clients in exploring a more peaceful and attuned relationship with food—one that honors both emotional and physical well-being, and recognizes that nourishment is deeply personal. Rather than promoting one-size-fits-all frameworks, Tiffany partners with each client to find an approach that balances flexibility, structure, and safety, allowing for meaningful and sustainable lifestyle shifts. She believes food is not just fuel, but a powerful connector—to culture, pleasure, community and connection.

Your first session with Tiffany

In your first virtual nutrition counseling session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where your unique health history, food relationship, and personal goals are heard and respected. As a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and intuitive eating, I’ll help you explore what’s been working, what’s not, and what’s next. Together, we’ll co-create a care plan rooted in flexibility, safety, and your values—whether that means regular follow-ups, gentle nutrition guidance, or support between sessions. My weight-inclusive, trauma-informed approach is designed to empower you with tools that feel sustainable—not overwhelming—so you can move toward healing your relationship with food and body on your terms.
