About Tiffany

I’m Tiffany Godwin, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I’ve spent my career walking alongside people who feel stuck in cycles of food rules, body image struggles, and the pressure to “get it right.” My work is about helping you quiet the noise and reconnect with the deeper truth that nourishment isn’t just about food—it’s about freedom, healing, and coming home to yourself. I bring both professional expertise and lived compassion to my sessions. In addition to clinical training, I’m also an artist and maker, and I believe creativity, curiosity, and connection are powerful parts of the recovery process.

Approach to care

My approach is weight-inclusive, non-diet, and rooted in evidence-based eating disorder treatment. That means we don’t chase numbers or “fix” bodies—we focus on your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. I integrate intuitive eating principles, gentle nutrition, and trauma-informed care, meeting you exactly where you are. I hold space for the hard conversations, and I believe in bringing both honesty and empathy into every session. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been holding you back, build tools that actually fit your life, and create a path toward sustainable recovery—not another set of rules.

Your first session with Tiffany

Your first session is about you being heard. We’ll explore your history, current challenges, and hopes for care. You can expect open-ended questions, space to share your story without judgment, and a collaborative discussion about goals. We’ll set the tone for a supportive, practical partnership. My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, and help you take the first steps toward a relationship with food and body that feels less heavy and more free.

Hobbies

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll usually find me creating. I love working with resin, clay, and paint to make jewelry and art pieces—it’s my way of staying grounded and expressing myself. Music is another big part of my life; I’m often curating playlists or going to live shows. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our pets, exploring new places, and finding little pockets of beauty and inspiration in everyday life.
