About Tiffany

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, dedicated to helping individuals improve their health through evidence-based, personalized nutrition care. My training includes comprehensive supervised practice in clinical, foodservice, community, and long-term care settings, equipping me with a well-rounded foundation to support diverse health needs. I specialize in translating complex nutrition science into practical strategies tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and medical needs. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, seeking to optimize your nutrition, or looking for sustainable health changes, I offer a supportive, client-centered approach designed to empower long-term success.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition is rooted in the Health at Every SizeĀ® (HAESĀ®) philosophy, which means I focus on supporting health and wellbeing without centering weight as a measure of success. I believe that every person deserves respectful, compassionate care—no matter their body size, health status, or eating history. I take a client-centered, non-diet approach that emphasizes sustainable habits, body trust, and a more peaceful relationship with food. Rather than prescribing rigid meal plans or promoting restrictive diets, I work collaboratively to help individuals tune into their own hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues while navigating nutrition in a way that supports their unique needs, preferences, and values. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to make informed choices about their health—free from shame, guilt, or external pressure.

Your first session with Tiffany

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk through your health history, eating patterns, current challenges, and goals—at your pace and in a space that’s supportive and free of judgment. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with; there's no pressure to have it all figured out. I focus on understanding your relationship with food, your body, and the systems that may have shaped your experiences. From there, we’ll begin identifying personalized strategies that align with your values, needs, and lifestyle. This session is a chance for us to build a foundation of trust and collaboration. You can expect a thoughtful, respectful conversation where your voice is central, and where the goal is to support your wellbeing—not to ā€œfixā€ or change you, but to partner with you in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
